RHYLL GARDNER

Chair

Rhyll Gardner is an experienced company director, CEO and leader of business success. Her executive and director experience includes non-executive director and chair roles in finance, construction, education, and professional services, executive coaching and management consulting.

Rhyll had a 35-year career in banking and financial services with St. George, Suncorp, Bank of Queensland and Westpac. She has held CEO and general management roles in treasury, risk and compliance, marketing, corporate banking, retail, strategy and M&A. She has led teams of up to 1000 through turnaround, growth and integration.

Rhyll’s career has shaped her into a distinguished role model and an effective mentor who can share her strategic lens with others to help them make more effective decisions.

My Role as Roundtable Chair

Put simply, my job is to facilitate six energetic and thought-provoking meetings over the course of a year.

For many Senior Executives, the function continues to expand in scope requiring the contemporary Executive to constantly break new ground. My focus is to facilitate thought-provoking Roundtable meetings that provide fresh perspectives, new ideas and solutions to the most pressing business issues and concerns, at regular group meetings.

We focus on supporting and encouraging one another to lead as impactful Executives – who ultimately make better decisions.
