David McClure is a highly accomplished supply chain executive with more than 30 years of experience leading complex end to end supply chain functions across local and global markets. His senior leadership career spans major multinational organisations, including CSL Behring, Hospira and Kraft Foods, where he has built a reputation for driving commercially focused supply chain strategy, operational excellence and organisational performance. Throughout his career, David has developed a distinctive capability to build teams, transform supply chain operations to enable growth, efficiency, and resilience. David has vast experience in: • End to end supply chain strategy • Commercially aligned planning and operations • Operational optimisation and systems improvement • Organisational capability uplift and performance leadership He brings a practical, commercially focused perspective to executive collaboration, shaped by decades of hands-on leadership in highly regulated, complex, and fast-moving sectors including pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and FMCG. David also fosters high-quality executive dialogue that draws on his extensive operational expertise, disciplined approach to performance, and ability to translate strategy into actionable steps. With a calm, thoughtful, and results-oriented leadership style, David helps senior executives to think more strategically, lead more effectively, and achieve meaningful organisational impact. Recently retired in 2025 from a long Executive career, David is excited about his next chapter as a Non-Executive, creating a portfolio of assignments and is excited to serve as the Roundtable Chair for Leadership Collective Australia.
