Meet Some of Our Speakers

We carefully curate our speaker line up, engaging only the most outstanding subject matter experts and thought leaders. Their brief is to share their knowledge, be a resource to the Roundtable, and to motivate and inspire, allowing you to make improvements to your own leadership and business. The objective of our speakers is to provide invaluable insight and experience, not to ’sell’.

David Fish

Connection & Strategy

As a globally recognised advertising strategist, entrepreneur, best-selling author, and record-breaking pilot, David Fish has spent over 25 years making brands famous in extraordinary ways across multiple countries. Rising to Chief Strategy Officer of a global agency group, David built a career at the intersection of human behaviour and commercial performance. That career taught him something that went far beyond brand strategy: the science of how we cut through, how we form trust, and why some connections become the foundation of everything — while others quietly erode. He has spent decades studying how we process, store, and recall our experiences, how we assign meaning to the people we meet, the stories we tell ourselves and share with others, as well as the organisations we choose to belong to. Today, David works with leaders, teams, and organisations to reclaim the power of human connection, to build the conviction, trust, and belonging that drives performance at every level. At a time when our human skills have never been more important, his work sits at the most urgent intersection in business: the one between who we are and what we are capable of when we stop performing and start connecting.
