What is an Executive Peer Roundtable? It is a small, curated group of up to 12 senior leaders from diverse, non-competing sectors, guided by a dedicated Chair. These regular meetings aim to foster open, honest discussions about leadership challenges, strategic decisions, and personal development. We curate our Roundtables based on Executives leading similar size organisations and avoiding conflicts of interest such as competition and major client supply relationships. Chatham House Rule applies and each Member has signed a Confidentiality. Agreement.

 

Unlike traditional networking events, Our Peer Roundtables are based on trust, confidentiality, and mutual respect – providing space for meaningful insights, shared learning, and genuine connections.

Why aren’t your fees listed on your website? Our website provides a high-level overview of Leadership Collective Australia – outlining our purpose, ethos, and the type of Members we attract.

 

We believe in starting with a conversation. That dialogue helps us understand your leadership journey, explore mutual alignment, and ensure the Membership experience we provide is truly valuable to you. 

 

Once we’ve confirmed we are a mutual fit, we’re happy to go over the membership structure and investment.

 

Leadership is personal. So is membership.

What is the process of being matched to a Roundtable? We will set up a 30-minute introductory call with a member of our team to discuss the best Roundtable for you and  your company. Once the Application  is complete, your Roundtable Chair will call and introduce themselves.

How often and where does the Roundtable Meet? Our Roundtables meet six times annually for 3.5 hours each session. Members take turns hosting at their offices. We run face-to-face Roundtables in Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, and a limited number of online Roundtables for executives across wider Australia.

I have a network – how are your Roundtables different? If you're looking to develop your leadership skills, broaden your thinking, test strategies, and grow with accountability, our structured Executive Peer Roundtable with clear outcomes is the way to go. 

 

If you're looking to stay connected and visible, a loose, informal, and unstructured network has its place – but it won’t challenge you in the same way that our Roundtables do.

Can I trial a meeting? Because our Roundtable model is based on trust and confidentiality, to be fair to our committed Members, we don’t allow prospective Members to trial a meeting.

What kind of networking opportunities are available? Members connect through: 1). Six Roundtable Meetings per year. 2). Member exclusive collaboration and networking events 3). Monthly online Speakers who present on contemporary business topics. Their brief is to share their knowledge, inspire ad motivate and 4). Introductions facilitated by the team at Leadership Collective Australia.

Do you facilitate Industry Peer Groups? No, we don’t. Industry groups often concentrate on operational or regulatory topics. The benefit of knowledge sharing is limited because you might have a competitor in the room or someone who has a vested interest in your business or industry.

Our Roundtable model is based on the diversity of industry and our meeting format is designed to elevate the conversation to leadership, addressing operational issue, and making long-term impact.

Do you run Online Roundtables? We offer a limited number of online Roundtables. While our focus remains on in-person connections, online sessions are available for our Members who need flexibility or are located remotely. The online format is designed to maintain the depth and trust of our face-to-face experiences.
