What is an Executive Peer Roundtable? It is a small, curated group of up to 12 senior leaders from diverse, non-competing sectors, guided by a dedicated Chair. These regular meetings aim to foster open, honest discussions about leadership challenges, strategic decisions, and personal development. We curate our Roundtables based on Executives leading similar size organisations and avoiding conflicts of interest such as competition and major client supply relationships. Chatham House Rule applies and each Member has signed a Confidentiality. Agreement.
Unlike traditional networking events, Our Peer Roundtables are based on trust, confidentiality, and mutual respect – providing space for meaningful insights, shared learning, and genuine connections.

What is the process of being matched to a Roundtable? We will set up a 30-minute introductory call with a member of our team to discuss the best Roundtable for you and your company. Once the Application is complete, your Roundtable Chair will call and introduce themselves.

How often and where does the Roundtable Meet? Our Roundtables meet six times annually for 3.5 hours each session. Members take turns hosting at their offices. We run face-to-face Roundtables in Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, and a limited number of online Roundtables for executives across wider Australia.
