Paul is an experienced Executive, Director and Non-Executive Director. He has 30 years of experience in driving companies to achieve outstanding results across all elements of corporate management.

He has worked in partnership with senior leadership teams to develop and deliver on strategy and goals.
Paul has strong commercial leadership and is experienced in 1). Strategy Development | Strategy Execution 2). Leading business planning and business growth activity and 3). Development and execution of performance improvement initiatives.

For 13 years Paul was a Senior Executive at Urbis. His roles included Company Director, CEO,Chief Operating Officer, Company Secretary and Shareholder. At the time Urbis employed approximately 800 people. Urbis provides consulting services related to urban planning, design, property and retail economics, social planning and research, property valuations and site acquisition.

He was also General Manager and Company Director of Remunerator (novated lease & salary packaging) and a Director of Ferrier Hodgson (corporate recovery, corporate advisory, forensic accounting and forensic IT).
