Noel is an experienced and successful Company Director and CEO.

Noel has extensive global experience, including six CEO (Country Manager) roles in ten European and Asian cities with American Insurance Group (AIG).

He has extensive experience in strategy, sales operations, network development, marketing, M&A  and commercial management.

He strongly focuses on building team leadership, business turnarounds, change management, strategy development and direction.

Noel uses risk assessment skills, strategic thinking, insightful inquiry and strong people engagement techniques to make data-based decisions that improve underlying business performance, achieve sustainability and ensure excellent client satisfaction.
