I founded Leadership Collective Australia with a simple belief: leaders make better decisions when they have access to trusted peers who challenge their thinking, share their experiences and provide honest perspectives.

After more than 20 years working in leadership development, executive networks and professional education, I saw first-hand the value of bringing accomplished leaders together in a confidential environment where they could learn from one another's successes, mistakes and insights. That vision became Leadership Collective Australia. Today, we facilitate executive Roundtables across Australia, bringing together senior leaders from diverse industries to accelerate both personal and organisational growth.

Our purpose is to help leaders navigate complexity, avoid the pitfalls of isolation and gain the clarity and confidence needed to lead effectively. We believe that no matter how experienced a leader becomes, there is always value in learning from others who have faced similar challenges and opportunities.

Just as importantly, we believe leadership should create a positive impact beyond the workplace. Through our Roundtables, conferences and community partnerships, we seek to foster collaboration, support charitable causes and contribute to stronger organisations and communities across Australia.

The greatest privilege of my role is seeing leaders grow - not only in their careers, but in their ability to positively influence the people, organisations and communities they serve.

Our unique offering is the depth of trust and support that develops within the group. Members bring real leadership and business challenges to the table, and peers take the time to help unpack issues, challenge assumptions and share practical experiences.
Guided by an experienced Chair and underpinned by our Culture Code, which encourages openness and vulnerability, the group creates a confidential environment where Members are candid, supportive and invested in each other's success.

My own appreciation of reflection, challenging assumptions and learning from peers, stems from studying psychology at university, and these principles continue to shape how we facilitate our Roundtables today.
