David is a seasoned professional, executive mentor and Certified Chair of advisory boards (FABC) and a member of Global Faculty for the Advisory Board Centre. David has extensive experience in startup, high growth and multi-site organisations both in Australia and the United States.

David had an extensive career with Collins Food Ltd as Head of Business Transformation & and Chief Financial Officer.

Collins Foods Limited (ASX: CKF) is an ASX 200 listed company that derives its revenue from the operation, management and administration of quick-service restaurants in Australia and Europe. The group currently operates KFC and Taco Bell restaurants.

The company employs over 15,000 people and is administered from its global support centre in Hamilton, Queensland.

 

David’s expertise has been sought in leading, mentoring and advising organisations through highly successful transformation and change. He is passionate about developing leaders, teams, and sustainable, value-adding cultures.

 

David engages with an extensive network of trusted professional advisors covering a wide range of sectors.

He enjoys collaborating with leaders to design executable strategies that enable them to ensure alignment of the organisation to its purpose and vision to be realised. As a board member and mentor, he uses encouragement to increase momentum and achieve goals.

David intentionally serves a mix of for-profit and not-for-profit organisations in a portfolio of compensated and pro-bono roles. Creating a legacy is very important to him, so he enjoys sharing life’s challenges and opportunities with family, friends and colleagues.
