I’ve had extensive global experience, including six CEO roles in ten European and Asian cities with American Insurance Group (AIG). Today Toda I sit on a number of boards such as Catholic Church Insurance, Zurich Financial Services and others Having walked in the shoes of a CEO, I feel strongly about the CEO role. Being a CEO is a privelde and also challanging - it calls for fresh perspective, agility, and trusted voices around you. Put simply, my job as Chair is to facilitate six energetic and thought-provoking meetings over the course of a year. We focus on supporting and encouraging one another to lead as impactful Executives - who make better decisions and ultimately, achieve better results in business and life. A typical meeting includes; Thought leadership – I’ll present scenarios to guide Members through the dynamics of the contemporary business landscape. Member spotlight – a member shares a key issue they are facing for group discussion and support. Expert speakers and themed workshops - deal with focused topics relevant to the group. A confidential forum - members engage in broad peer-to-peer discussions about shared issues, and specific challenges.
