Catherine Drury Fox is a highly experienced global HR Executive with a proven international track record of delivering strong commercially driven HR solutions to ensure strategic business outcomes.
Catherine has headed HR functions, provided strategic HR support and is currently leading an Organizational Development function across 12,000 plus people and 14 countries at GHD. Her senior HR experience has been in leading change, generalist HR, cultural transformation, M&A and leadership development. experience living and working in Australia, USA and Singapore.
Her roles have spanned a diverse range of industry sectors including engineering, financial services, aviation, and consulting. Her success has been taking on leadership roles within a business that maximises people and performance through various climates including organic growth, acquisition, integration and disruption.
